Online appointments must be scheduled at least two hours in advance.  If you'd like to come in sooner, please call us at (512)353-4325 to see if we have availability.   Not all appointment slots are available online.  Please call us if you have trouble finding an appointment time to meet your scheduling needs.  Please allot one hour and fifteen minutes for the first session.

 

Appointments scheduled online are just like appointments scheduled in the office.  We ask that you be on time, and that you call us if you have a scheduling conflicts.  Appointments made through the website may not be cancelled online within twenty-four hours of the appointment- you must call our office at (512)353-4325 to cancel.  We will bill $15 for no-shows and last minute or recurring cancellations.
