The purpose of our sliding scale is to separate the issues of money and treatment; we want you to come in often enough to really get better and stay better! We understand that everyone's situation is different, and our primary goal is to make acupuncture available to you as often as you need it. Please feel free to change your payment rate at any time for any reason, as we want acupuncture to be an economically sustainable part of your life and health care.
We do not receive grants, state or federal funding, or insurance reimbursement. Our clinic exists because patients pay for their treatments. Our goal is a sustainable business model where patients and practitioners mutually benefit.
Method of Payment & Fee
- We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. Credit cards are accepted for your convenience, but we encourage you to pay by cash or check to help us keep our operating costs low.
- There is $10 paperwork fee at first appointment.
- Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations are $15. Please respect our time and the time of other patients by being on time and contacting us as early as possible if you won't make your appointment.
